More Three New Staff Members

Jami McConnell is a senior English Education major at Evangel University. In her spare time she enjoys horseback riding, hiking, and crossing things off of her bucket list. Oh, and eating ice-cream. She really likes eating ice-cream. 

Kevin March is a 19 year old pre-medicine student at UMKC, triple majoring in biology, chemistry, and having a blast. Aside from spending my time dreaming, I focus on playing sports, relaxing on the beach, and occasionally authoring poetry.

Clare DeLong a 20 year old, rising senior at Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, Michigan, double majoring in Psychology and Anthropology/Sociology.  My fall trimester of my Junior year I spent  studying in Rome, Italy. When I'm not studying you'll find me working with a service learning program called CAPS or other institutions that work with kids, doing art projects, eating sushi, or traveling around the world (I've been to at least 12 countries) and the United States (I've lived in 6 states.)

Meet three of our Summerscape RAs.

Alyssa Sullivan is a former camper at both Summerscape and DLA. She is so excited to be on the other side this summer, and knows it is going to be a great year! 

Michael Moore is a senior Music Education student at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. This is his second year as an RA for Summerscape, and is extremely excited to be back in Springfield!

Jalen Price will be a sophomore  at Drury studying Architecture. His hometown is St. Louis, MO. He enjoys listening to music, watching movies, and sports. He also enjoys learning random facts. This is his first year as a SummerScape RA.

For the next few days, we will be posting short biographies about our fantastic staff for 2015!  Meet two of our staff members today.

Ariele Foltz has been enjoying camp life as a camper then an RA for the past decade. She graduated from Pittsburg State University with a degree in Music Education and is starting her Master's degree in Gifted Education in the fall.  Ariele is a part of the DLA residential staff.

Hi everyone! My name is Steven Anderson and I am excited to be returning to camp as an RA for the fourth time after taking a summer off last year! I am an alum from Drury and a  student in Drury’s MBA program and will graduate in August of 2016.
